Research lines My Final Degree Project was about the historical evolution of body modification, my Master's Thesis consisted in a theoretical-methodological revision around the Straight Edge movement (sXe), and my doctoral thesis deepens in the relationship between body and technology through body modification in the Galician area. My lines of research focus on the socio-anthropological analysis of the body, from a perspective near to the sociology of consumption and the study of sociocultural movements and identity.
